Will and I go way back from college church fellowship. Providentially, my wife and I were referred by our mortgage writer to contact Will. After we closed escrow, Will took the time to put together a celebratory party for us during our final walkthrough at our new home, which was the cherry on top of the cake. Also a noteworthy shout out to Allen Heng, Will’s team member, who assisted Will with showing us various properties. Allen was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Allen laid out a schedule via group text for the properties we were planning on visiting that day ahead of time. Each property we visited were all within close vicinity of each other. No time was wasted driving. Allen reported directly to Will; together they were both pivotal in helping us find the property we ended up falling in love with and successfully closing escrow on within 1 month.
